Line Leader / Supervisor We are looking for a results-oriented Line Leader/Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily production operations. This position will be responsible for setting up production lines according to specific customer orders, assigning employees to workstations, overseeing production employees, and ensuring orders are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time. The Line Leader/Supervisor will oversee a variety of production and packaging processes, including product assembly, blister packaging, essential oil filling, diffuser filling and assembly, sachets, stick packs, labeling, bottling, and other packaging operations . The position will primarily supervise daily warehouse and production operations. However, when multiple production lines are running simultaneously, the Line Leader/Supervisor will be expected to step in and directly lead a production line , ensuring employees understand their responsibilities, production goals are being met, and quality standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up production lines according to daily orders and production requirements. Assign employees to appropriate workstations and production tasks. Supervise and lead assembly and packaging employees. Monitor daily production numbers and ensure goals are met. Ensure orders are completed accurately and on schedule. Oversee assembly, blister packaging, essential oil filling, diffuser filling, sachets, stick packs, labeling, and other production processes. Monitor product quality and ensure employees follow proper procedures. Ensure production materials and packaging supplies are available for each line. Train and assist employees with production procedures and work instructions. Troubleshoot production issues and communicate concerns to management. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area. Ensure employees follow company safety and quality standards. Complete or assist with production paperwork and daily production reports. Step in as a hands-on Line Leader when multiple production lines are operating. Support warehouse operations and assist with other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Line Lead, Production Lead, Supervisor, or similar role . Experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, or packaging. Experience with blister packaging, filling, sachets, stick packs, essential oils, diffusers, or similar products is preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and production lines. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet daily production goals. Must be willing to be hands-on and assist employees on the production floor when needed.

$20.00 per hour
