Full-Time Production is responsible for safely and efficiently manufacturing flavor products according to established formulas, procedures, and quality standards. This role involves operating production equipment, following work instructions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment. Available Shifts 1st Shift Monday through Friday (7am - 4pm) 2nd Shift Monday through Thursday (4am - 3am) Essential Job Duties Follow production schedules and work orders to manufacture products accurately. Measure, weigh, and blend ingredients according to formulas and specifications. Operate manufacturing and packaging equipment safely and efficiently. Complete batch records and production documentation accurately. Perform routine equipment cleaning and sanitation activities. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), safety procedures, and company policies. Inspect products for quality and report any issues to supervision. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area. Assist with material handling, inventory movement, and stocking as needed. Work collaboratively with team members and other departments Requirements High School Diploma or GED required. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Basic math and measurement skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Preferred Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or food industry experience preferred but not required. Experience working in a GMP environment is a plus. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift. Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and aromas.
