Job Summary Small company is seeking a dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented Entry Level Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to loading and unloading industrial robot systems and CNC machines, and assembling steel components. In this role, you will be integral to the manufacturing and assembly process ensuring that products meet high quality while maintaining safety standards. This position offers an opportunity to develop and improve your skills and grow with the company. Responsibilities Operate production machinery and equipment in compliance with all safety standards. Assist in the loading and unloading of various assembly and machining fixtures. Assemble Small parts. Follow and maintain verbal work instructions. Maintain cleanliness of work areas. Support continuous improvement by suggesting process enhancements focusing on efficiency and quality. Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals while managing safety standards. Requirements Prior experience in production manufacturing is preferred. Lifting up to 25lbs. Good eyesight and use of hands. Basic math skills for counting measuring parts. Ability to work with others and independently and to follow instructions accurately while maintaining high safety standards. Good communication skills.

Pay:

$20.00 - $22.50 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
