- Why Work Here?
- You will join a large, established organization that maintains a close-knit, family-like team culture where people genuinely care about one another.

- Work Environment
- This role is based in the cartridge department within an ISO Class 8 cleanroom.
The pace in this department is expected to increase, and production volumes will remain high for at least the next 15 months. You may be asked to support other departments or a nearby building (approximately 2.5 miles away), such as packaging operations, depending on workload. Flexibility is essential; if work slows in one area, you may be reassigned to another department where production needs are higher.
You will work with semi-automated manufacturing equipment, inspection stations, sub-assembly and welding processes, and testing equipment, following GMP and cleanroom standards. All training and documentation are delivered via computer systems, so regular computer use is part of the daily routine.
The cleanroom dress code includes wearing required PPE such as hair cover, lab coat or gown, and gloves. Hand washing and proper glove use are mandatory. Fragrances (including perfume, cologne, and scented lotions) are not allowed. Makeup and lipstick are not permitted, and fake or acrylic nails are prohibited. Pants are required (no leggings or shorts), necklaces must be tucked into shirts, and glasses must have side shields.
Shifts operate on an AWS (Alternative Work Schedule) structure: first shift runs Monday to Thursday from 4:00 AM to 2:30 PM, and second shift runs Monday to Thursday from 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM. Overtime is paid for hours worked over 10 hours in a day or more than 40 hours in a week. Flexibility with overtime is important, as the operation is expected to remain very busy.
