On-the-Job Training Provided Position Summary StenTech is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Fixture Assembler to join our team at our San Jose, CA tooling facility. This is an entry-level position, and previous fixture assembly or manufacturing experience is not required. On-the-job training will be provided. The Fixture Assembler is responsible for assembling and preparing fixture and tooling components according to established work instructions and quality requirements. This position is well suited for someone who has strong attention to detail, and is interested in learning manufacturing and tooling processes.
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00

Requirements:
Assemble fixtures and tooling components according to established work instructions and specifications. Use basic hand tools and equipment to complete assembly tasks. Fit, position, and secure components as required during the assembly process. Perform visual inspections of components and completed assemblies to identify defects or inconsistencies. Maintain accurate organization of parts, materials, and completed assemblies. Learn fixture assembly processes and equipment through provided on-the-job training. Communicate any quality concerns, damaged components, or production issues to the appropriate supervisor. Assist with other production or manufacturing duties as needed. Qualifications No previous fixture assembly experience required; training will be provided. Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or hands-on work experience is a plus, but not required. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Willingness and ability to learn new processes and procedures. Basic familiarity with hand tools is preferred but not required. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and/or sit for extended periods while performing assembly work. Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements. Ability to handle small parts, tools, and components with accuracy. Ability to bend, reach, and perform other movements associated with a manufacturing environment. Ability to safely lift and move materials as required by the position. Why Join StenTech?
