We want to get to the source of unanswered questions in male reproductive health and support clinicians with our research. Our mission is to create the most advanced male reproductive sciences company to support patient-clinician experiences that have been in the doldrums for decades. This Role The Production & Fulfillment Associate supports the day-to-day production and fulfillment operations at Fellow. This hands-on role is responsible for assembling specimen collection kits, preparing and shipping customer orders, receiving and organizing inventory, and maintaining accurate operational records. You'll work closely with the broader operations team to ensure products are assembled and fulfilled accurately, efficiently, and according to established quality standards. This is a great role for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in accuracy and organization, and is interested in contributing to a growing operation where processes continue to evolve and improve. Key Responsibilities Assemble collection kits accurately and efficiently according to established procedures and quality standards. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring order and shipping accuracy. Receive incoming materials and supplies, verify deliveries, and organize inventory for efficient storage and use. Maintain accurate production, fulfillment, inventory, and operational records. Organize and rotate inventory to support efficient operations and proper product handling. Inspect components and finished kits for accuracy and identify and escalate discrepancies or quality concerns. Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked production and fulfillment work areas. Follow established safety, quality, and operational procedures. Support inventory counts and other routine inventory-control activities. Participate in continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and operational workflows. About You Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy, consistency, and quality. Reliable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production and fulfillment environment. Comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on assembly work requiring manual dexterity and attention to detail. Proficiency with Google Workspace and comfort learning new systems and operational tools; familiarity with SQL, databases, or other technical tools is a plus. Strong communication skills and a willingness to ask questions, flag issues, and work collaboratively with the team. An improvement mindset and willingness to identify opportunities to make day-to-day operations safer, easier, or more efficient. Able to work in person at our headquarters in San Leandro, CA. Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds as needed. High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree, associate degree, or relevant technical certification preferred. Previous experience in production, assembly, fulfillment, warehousing, or a similar operational environment preferred, but not required.
