  1st: 5:00 AM
• 1:30 PM 2nd: 1:30 PM
• 10:00 PM Coneybeare Workforce Solutions is hiring for a growing precision sheet metal fabrication company in Santa Ana.

These are long-term positions with steady work, plenty of overtime, and room to grow.

Open Positions Grinders:

Grind, blend, and finish welds and surfaces to spec with hand grinders and sanders.

Deburr Operators:

Remove burrs and sharp edges by hand and machine without damaging the part finish.

Hardware Operators:

Install PEM fasteners, studs, and standoffs with insertion presses (Haeger or similar).

Mechanical Assemblers:

Build sheet metal assemblies from blueprints using hand tools, power tools, and rivet tools.

Press Brake Operators:

Set up and run

AMADA CNC

press brakes, pick the tooling and bend sequence, and check parts to print.

Laser Operators:

Run CNC fiber/CO2 lasers (Trumpf, Amada, or similar), load programs, and inspect cut parts.
