Job Responsibilities Perform production and assembly tasks according to established procedures. Package, label, sort, and prepare products for shipment. Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently. Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet customer specifications. Maintain accurate production records and documentation. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety policies, and quality requirements. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Assist with inventory counts and material movement as needed. Meet daily productivity and performance goals. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve production issues.
