We are looking for a Manufacturing Shop Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on, detail-oriented individual who is eager to learn. In this role, you will support daily manufacturing shop operations to ensure a smooth workflow and maintain a safe, organized environment. Priorities will shift daily, ranging from picking up supplies to assembling tools and stocking parts for the fabrication team. Key Responsibilities Assist the fabrication team by supplying them with parts and raw materials. Drive to pick up supplies as needed. Handle and organize materials, tools, and supplies. Support assembly, packaging, and shipping tasks. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace. Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines. High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a manufacturing or shop environment is a plus Strong organizational and multitasking skills Basic knowledge of hand tools and machinery Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods Experience driving a forklift is a plus Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Valid Driver's License Hourly Wage:

$22.32

We run 3 Shifts 5 days 8-hour shift: Monday

• Friday 6:00 am
• 2:30 pm Or 4 days 10-hour shift: Monday
• Thursday 6:00 am
• 4:30 pm
