Responsibilities The IC Product Engineering group acts as a vital link between the design, process, and test teams, and the product line and customers. The primary responsibilities of an IC Product Engineer include: Analyze and interpret production test data and apply statistical methods to identify trends and improve yield, performance and reliability Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, integration, and test engineering to ensure product yield, performance, and reliability Assist in root-cause investigations for product, test, and manufacturing issues Support laboratory testing, characterization, and validation of integrated circuits for product development and manufacturing Own/prepare technical reports, and engineering documentation Support product development and new circuit/packaged product introductions (NCI/NPPI) Qualifications Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields Familiarity with semiconductor device physics (BJTs, FETs) and circuit design principles Hands-on experience with electrical characterization and validation of semiconductor devices and integrated circuits, including RF, analog, mixed-signal, or high-speed measurements Experience with data analysis and statistical tools Knowledge of reliability engineering and failure analysis techniques is a significant plus Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and teamwork abilities Proven leadership skills, including a demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion This role is based in Santa Rosa, CA This position requires access to certain goods, software, technology, or technical data subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations.
