Job Description Summary:

In this role, you will support production operations by performing a variety of hands-on tasks in a dynamic industrial environment. This includes working under the guidance of skilled personnel such as candymakers or extruder operators. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and thrives in a team-driven, fast-paced setting. You should be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures. Flexibility is essential, as the position may require rotating shifts, overtime, and weekend availability.

Minimum Qualifications:

Able to lift up to 50 lbs safely and consistently. Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment. Capable of safely operating machinery and equipment. Willingness and ability to learn and adhere to quality control procedures. Physically able to remain on feet and mobile for the duration of the assigned shift (shift lengths may vary). The roles are scheduled to commence in September/October and conclude in December, with an orientation date set for September . Seasonal employees are expected to work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
