Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision Ability to follow written and visual work instructions Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for detailed masking work Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Comfortable working in a manufacturing or paint/coating environment Strong focus on quality, accuracy, and consistency Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting Dependable with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Job Duties:

Apply masking materials to protect designated areas of parts prior to painting or coating processes Prepare surfaces by cleaning, taping, and covering components according to work instructions Ensure accuracy and precision in masking to meet quality and finish requirements Inspect masked parts for completeness and compliance before moving to the next production stage Remove masking materials as required without damaging finished surfaces Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation Follow all safety procedures related to chemicals, coatings, and production materials Support production flow by meeting daily output and quality expectations "Manufacturing work is fast paced and physical.
