ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES DELIVERY DRIVER
The most recent role within Culture is an exciting one, and that is our Delivery Consultant. Ideally, the person taking on this role is typically someone who has natural survival skills and can think quickly on their feet in the event something happens during the delivery process. They also act with integrity by not consuming any products while they are operating a motor vehicle. Because they are on the clock, delivery consultants are expected to be efficient with their time and not be conducting any personal affairs while on the road. Failure to adhere to the policies in place will result in termination of employment. Culture Delivery is an exciting channel because this expands our reach even further so we can capture all of our guests within the radius. This is why it was so important for Culture, as a company, to do everything we could to make sure that guests that are shopping online would receive the same exact experience they would get if they were at a store. Because we care about our guests' experience so much, our consultants are very focused on making sure that every order that is placed is available, accurate, and treated with extreme care. Consultants pay close attention to the customer orders, and will go above and beyond to make suggestions that are tailored to the customer and their specific needs. The consultants are knowledgeable about the lay of the land. They are expected to map their routes so that orders are being delivered within a good window of time, specifically within an hour. Therefore, it's important that our consultants check-in regularly with the customer and notify the customer's order status throughout the entire delivery process. The consultants are very active within the chat, and keep the conversation going until the order is received. Delivery Consultants work with high urgency to make sure that the customer gets what they ordered in a timely fashion.
