You will own and drive production schedules for multiple programs within the Sunnyvale Product Centers, partnering with cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver on cost, timing, and quality goals. This role also supports long‑range capacity planning and strategic demand discussions, providing the visibility and risk mitigation needed to keep projects on track in a fast‑paced, team‑centric environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Build detailed master production schedules (MPS) based on project scope, capacity, and material availability. Continuously update schedules to reflect changes in demand, resource constraints, or engineering revisions. Align project schedules with supply chain, tooling, and workforce plans. Work closely with Manufacturing Project Managers to gather status updates, milestone completions, and change requests. Facilitate regular schedule review meetings (e.g., weekly "schedule syncs") with cross functional teams. Provide clear, concise schedule reports and dashboards to senior leadership and stakeholders. Identify opportunities to streamline scheduling processes, tools, and data flows.Basic Qualifications Basic Qualifications:
• Experienced using Microsoft Project or other scheduling tools Strong communication skills both written and verbal Understanding of Product Structure and scheduling or production planning experience in an manufacturing environment (aerospace, defense, automotive, or similar) Desired Skills 2+ years of scheduling or production planning experience in a manufacturing environment (aerospace, defense, automotive, or similar) Experience with SAP Experience with resource planning and leveling of overallocated resources Experience tracking metrics for adherence to schedule Interview Questions Accuracy and Attention toDetail:
