Job Description

MANUFACTURING OPERATOR I/II/III - MULTIPLE SHIFTS
Located in Temecula, CA - candidates from Temecula, Murrieta, Menifee, Wildomar, Lake Elsinore, Fallbrook, and nearby areas are encouraged to apply.
SHIFT/SCHEDULE
1st
Shift:
Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM-1:30 PM or 6:00 AM-2:30 PM 2nd
Shift:
Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-10:30 PM or 2:30 PM-11:00 PM 3rd
Shift:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 PM-5:30 AM
JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking Manufacturing Operators to support production operations in a manufacturing environment. Candidates should have at least 6 months of manufacturing experience and be comfortable working with microscopes, hand tools, and established manufacturing procedures. Medical device manufacturing experience is a plus.
OPERATOR LEVELS
Operator I:
0-2 years of manufacturing experience
Operator II:
3-4 years of manufacturing experience
Operator III:
5+ years of manufacturing experience
RESPONSIBILITIES
Follow manufacturing policies, procedures, and work instructions. Use microscopes to inspect and/or work with manufactured components. Use hand tools to manipulate, handle, and feel components. Read, write, and interpret work-related information. Perform basic mathematical calculations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Participate in required training sessions. Maintain consistent attendance and follow established workplace procedures.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 6 months of manufacturing experience required. Medical device manufacturing experience is a plus. Proficiency in English required for speaking, reading, writing, and participating in instructor-led training. Comfortable using microscopes. Ability to follow policies and procedures. Ability to read, write, and interpret information. Must pass required eye and color vision testing. Must be able to lift/carry items weighing less than 50 pounds.
WORK REQUIREMENTS
Ability to sit, walk, and/or stand for up to 10 hours per day. Ability to intermittently crawl, squat, climb, twist, bend, stoop, push, and pull. Ability to perform work requiring close, distance, and color vision, depth perception, and adjustment of focus.
