Job Summary A leading pharmaceutical manufacturing environment in Newbury Park, CA is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Cleanroom Production Associates for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for candidates with cleanroom, GMP, biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device, or regulated production experience who are looking to grow in a stable, quality-focused industry. As a Cleanroom Production Associate, you will support daily production and assembly activities in a highly regulated cleanroom setting. • Perform production, assembly, and packaging activities in a regulated cleanroom environment.
• Follow SOPs, GMP requirements, gowning procedures, and quality control standards.
• Complete accurate production documentation in compliance with established procedures.
• Inspect products, components, and materials for quality, consistency, and compliance.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow all safety and contamination control requirements.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals and quality expectations. Compensation and Benefits
