PM Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Warehouse Associate to join our wheel and tire assembly team. This position is responsible for supporting production operations by loading, unloading, moving, and organizing tires and rims throughout the warehouse and production line. Candidates must be comfortable performing repetitive tasks and handling heavy materials in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Load, unload, move, and stage tires and rims for production. Transport materials to and from the assembly line. Mount tires and rims onto vehicle wheel structures according to production requirements. Organize and maintain inventory in designated warehouse and production areas. Ensure continuous material flow to support production schedules. Perform repetitive lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment. Assist with general warehouse and production duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

Frequently lift and move tires and rims weighing up to 70 pounds. Perform repetitive motions, including bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting. Stand and walk for extended periods during the entire shift. Work in a fast-paced production and warehouse environment.

Qualifications:

Previous warehouse, manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred. Ability to safely handle heavy materials. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
