Responsibilities Assist with the import process by coordinating shipments, tracking delivery schedules, and ensuring compliance with customs regulations. Support procurement activities using

SAP, SAP ERP, JD

Edwards, Oracle EBS, and other materials management systems to streamline purchasing workflows. Communicate effectively with vendors to negotiate prices, lead times, and terms, fostering strong vendor relationships. Maintain accurate inventory records through spreadsheets and inventory management software, ensuring data integrity across all platforms. Collaborate with supply chain teams to optimize sourcing strategies and improve inventory control measures. Support procurement documentation processes including purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documents using accounting software. Analyze Excel data to identify trends, forecast needs, and assist in pricing strategies for wholesale women's clothing products. Experience Prior experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, JD Edwards or Oracle EBS is highly desirable. Familiarity with supply chain management principles including purchasing management systems (technically supported), inventory management, and MRP (Material Requirements Planning). Strong vendor communication skills with experience in vendor negotiation and relationship management. Knowledge of procurement processes including sourcing, direct negotiation procurement, and inventory control. Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel) for data analysis and reporting purposes. Experience supporting purchasing or sourcing activities within the fashion or apparel industry is a plus. Ability to adapt quickly to new software tools such as AS400 or other supply chain management platforms is advantageous.
