This position is responsible for coordinating pre-production (PP) and Top of Production (TOP) samples , reviewing specifications, preparing production materials, and working closely with production, design, and quality teams to ensure products are ready for manufacturing. The ideal candidate has apparel manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to identify and resolve issues before and during production. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate pre-production (PP) samples and Top of Production (TOP) samples from receipt through review and approval. Review samples against tech packs, measurements, construction details, materials, color, labeling, and approved specifications. Identify and communicate discrepancies or quality issues and coordinate corrections with vendors and production teams. Review production documents, technical specifications, patterns, and assembly instructions for accuracy and completeness. Prepare and organize materials, trims, labels, packaging, and other components required for production. Coordinate with production, QC, design, and vendors to ensure approved samples and specifications are accurately transferred to production. Support first production runs and verify that production output matches approved TOP samples and specifications. Assist with quality control inspections and ensure products meet company standards. Maintain accurate sample records, approvals, comments, and production documentation. Assist with inventory and material handling, including safe operation of warehouse equipment as needed. Follow company SOPs and maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. Qualifications Apparel manufacturing or garment production experience required. Experience working with pre-production samples, production samples, or TOP samples strongly preferred. Ability to read and understand tech packs, measurement specifications, construction details, and production documents. Strong understanding of apparel construction, fabrics, trims, labeling, and garment quality. Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and follow-up skills. Ability to identify production issues and communicate corrective actions clearly. Basic understanding of measurements and garment specifications. Strong communication and teamwork skills when working with vendors and internal departments. Basic computer skills for maintaining production and sample records. Experience with inventory or material-handling equipment is a plus. N41 knowledge is a plus. Bilingual English/Korean or English/Spanish is a plus.
