Vernon, CA Job Details Full-time $22 - $32 an hour 7 hours ago Qualifications Customer follow-ups Customer communication Direct client contact English Manufacturing facility experience Schedule management Garment construction Full Job Description Pre-Production Coordinator / U.S. Apparel Manufacturing We are looking for an experienced Pre-Production Coordinator to join our U.S. apparel manufacturing operation in Vernon, CA. This position works closely with both our customers and our in-house factory team to manage sample development and prepare styles for production. We are looking for someone who understands garment construction, communicates well, is highly organized, and is comfortable working directly in a factory environment. Responsibilities Communicate directly with customers regarding samples, specifications, revisions, and production requirements Coordinate with in-house pattern, cutting, sewing, finishing, and production teams Follow sample development from initial request through approval Review tech packs, measurements, construction details, trims, fabrics, and customer comments Clearly communicate customer corrections and revisions to the factory team Track sample status and follow up to keep development on schedule Identify and resolve construction or production issues before bulk production Coordinate approved samples, patterns, trims, fabrics, and production requirements Maintain organized records for each style and customer Go onto the production floor to inspect garments and troubleshoot issues when needed Qualifications 3-5 years of apparel pre-production, product development, production coordination, or related experience Good understanding of garment construction and apparel manufacturing Experience with samples, tech packs, specifications, measurements, and production comments Strong communication and follow-up skills Comfortable communicating directly with customers Organized and able to manage multiple styles and deadlines Comfortable working hands-on in an apparel factory Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Schedule Approximately 30-40 hours per week Flexible working hours Schedule can be discussed based on the needs of the right candidate Location 3222 E. Washington Blvd., Vernon, CA The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between the customer and the factory, understanding customer requirements and making sure they are properly communicated and executed through sampling and production. This is not strictly a desk position . We are looking for someone who is comfortable working directly with the factory team and being hands-on when necessary.
