As we head into our busy season, we're looking for motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented individuals to join our Production Team from September 2026 through January 2027. This is a hands-on production position primarily focused on heat pressing custom apparel and completing customer orders accurately and efficiently . You'll work directly with garments, custom transfers, heat presses, and order details to ensure every piece meets our quality standards before moving on to the next stage. What You'll Be Doing Operating heat presses to apply custom logos and designs to apparel Reading and following customer order details and production instructions Accurately placing transfers and logos according to specified measurements and placement requirements Working with a variety of garments, fabrics, logos, and transfer types Inspecting garments before and after pressing for defects or quality concerns Performing quality control to ensure finished products meet our standards Counting and organizing customer orders throughout the production process Keeping individual customer orders organized and separated Meeting daily production goals and customer order deadlines Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized production workspace Working closely with other Production Team members to keep orders moving efficiently Ideal Candidates We're looking for individuals who: Have strong attention to detail Take pride in producing clean, consistent, high-quality work Are dependable, organized, and able to follow instructions Can work efficiently without sacrificing quality Are comfortable working on their feet and performing repetitive hands-on tasks Are comfortable working around heat presses and production equipment Can work in a fast-paced production environment Are able to work independently while also being a strong team player Are willing to learn and take direction Are available Monday through Friday throughout the seasonal period Previous heat press, apparel printing, DTF, screen printing, embroidery, or production experience is a plus, but not required — we are happy to train the right person.
