Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Production / Print Shop Operator to join a busy print and production environment. The ideal candidate will be reliable, able to follow instructions, communicate effectively in English, and comfortable performing repetitive lifting and physical tasks throughout the shift. Responsibilities Assist with daily production and print shop operations. Operate and assist with production equipment as instructed. Load, unload, and move paper and other production materials. Repeatedly lift and move cartons of paper weighing up to 40 lbs. Follow instructions from the machine operator and shift supervisor. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Assist with preparing materials for production. Follow all safety procedures and workplace guidelines. Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. Communicate clearly with coworkers and supervisors. Qualifications Must be able to communicate effectively in English. Previous production, warehouse, manufacturing, or print shop experience is a plus. Must be dependable and punctual. Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions. Must be comfortable performing repetitive lifting. Must be able to repeatedly lift up to 40 lbs. Must be comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing physical tasks throughout the shift. Ability to work well with others and follow directions. Schedule 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM 7 days a week
