Duties Operate machinery and equipment, ensuring smooth production flow Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials within the warehouse and manufacturing areas Lift and manually stack 1-50lb bags from a production line table on to a pallet and boxes Conduct routine inspections of equipment and products to maintain quality standards Assist with loading and unloading materials using forklifts or manual handling techniques Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote a safe working environment Experience Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with assembly line operations is advantageous Experience with hand tools, packaging equipment, and forklift operation enhances your suitability for this role Warehouse experience involving material handling or inventory management is a plus Ability to follow detailed instructions and work efficiently in a team-oriented setting Basic understanding of safety procedures within a manufacturing environment This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to build a career in manufacturing, develop mechanical skills, and contribute to high-quality production processes.
