Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Assembly Worker to join their manufacturing team. This position involves manually assembling manufactured components into finished products and ensuring that all products meet quality and production standards. The ideal candidate will have prior manufacturing or mechanical assembly experience, be comfortable using hand and power tools, and have strong attention to detail. Duties and Responsibilities Assemble manufactured parts and components into finished products Test sub-assembled parts prior to final assembly Inspect completed assemblies to ensure products are assembled correctly and meet quality standards Use screwdrivers, pliers, air tools, and specialized tools to position, secure, and assemble components Work efficiently to minimize production time, material usage, and waste Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation Properly store and maintain production parts, equipment, and tools Monitor equipment and machinery to ensure it is functioning properly Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily production goals Skills and Qualifications Ability to stand for the duration of the work shift Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and meet daily production targets Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Safety-conscious and able to remain alert in a manufacturing environment Mechanical or technical background preferred Previous experience using hand and power tools required Prior manufacturing or mechanical assembly experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally Reliable and dependable attendance Education & Other Requirements High school diploma or GED equivalent Reliable transportation required Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Must be willing to consent to a drug and alcohol screening Must be willing to join the applicable Sheet Metal Workers union Must be willing to sign a Confidentiality/Non-Disclosure Agreement Must be willing to comply with all applicable company safety, quality, and confidentiality requirements

$18.75 per hour
