$20-22/hour depending on experience About Us We are a growing artisan pasta company producing dry pasta, fresh pasta, sauces, and prepared meals. Our focus is high-quality products and a well-run, efficient production environment. This is not a restaurant job —it is hands-on food production work. The Role We're looking for a reliable, hard-working Production Assistant to support our production and packaging operations. You'll work directly with our Production Lead and help keep everything moving efficiently. What You'll Do Production Support Assist with pasta production (mixing, feeding, tray handling) Help with fresh pasta and meal preparation Prep sauce ingredients (measuring, basic chopping, staging) Packaging Weigh, bag, and seal dry pasta Label products accurately (dates, lot tracking) Box and organize finished goods Cleaning & Organization Wash equipment and utensils Maintain clean, organized work areas Help reset the space between production runs What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual (this is very important) Comfortable with physical work (standing, lifting, repetitive tasks) Able to follow instructions and work efficiently Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Detail-oriented (especially for weighing and labeling) Experience Food production, kitchen, warehouse, or similar experience is helpful But, not required—we can train the right person Schedule Currently 2-3 set days per week (may soon grow to more) Shifts are usually 6-8 hours depending on the day Important Notes This role involves standing for long periods and repetitive tasks Work can be fast-paced during production days Attention to detail is critical for product quality and labeling Why Work With Us Small, focused, friendly team Consistent schedule Opportunity to be in local food production and grow with the company How to Apply Please send a short note about yourself and any relevant experience, along with your availability.
