Position Overview The core duties include order fulfillment, from weighing green coffee batches to final delivery, and maintaining a clean and organized roastery space. Other duties include maintaining roastery equipment, regular QC tastings, and eventually roasting coffee to Boxcar's high quality standards. A successful production assistant brings a sense of urgency to every task, pays attention to fine details, and sees each day as an opportunity to learn and improve. Key Responsibilities Package and ship coffee orders Produce Boxcar's kegged cold brew coffee, wash kegs, and maintain cold brew production space Deliver orders to wholesale accounts across the Front Range on a weekly delivery route Weigh batches for daily roasting

• Roast coffee to Boxcar's strict standards
