Position Details & Pay Fabrication Associate:

$16.50 / hour

Manufacturing Associate:

$17.50 / hour

Location:

Broomfield, CO Status:

Temp-to-Hire (Long-term stability)

Schedule:

Monday - Thursday | 4:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Enjoy 3-day weekends!)

Overtime:

Fridays/Saturdays as needed

Key Responsibilities Fabrication:

Perform basic assembly, material prep, and cutting/shaping using hand and power tools.

Manufacturing:

Assist with production line operations, component assembly, and equipment monitoring.

Quality Control:

Inspect finished parts for accuracy and defects following product specifications.

Workplace Safety:

Maintain a clean, organized workstation and adhere to all standard safety protocols. What We're Looking For Strong work ethic, punctuality, and dependability. Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 35-50 lbs regularly during a 10-hour shift. Comfortable working in a active, fast-paced manufacturing environment. Previous warehouse, assembly, or mechanical experience is a plus, but no experience is required —we will train the right candidate!
