We're looking for a hands-on Line Lead who can help keep production running smoothly while supporting quality, safety, and the production team. If you have manufacturing or production experience, strong attention to detail, and enjoy taking on responsibility, we want to hear from you. Pay & Schedule $20.75/hour 2nd
Shift:
3:50 PM-2:20 AM Monday-Thursday 3-day weekends Possible overtime on Fridays What You'll Do Perform routine quality checks, including torque, fill weight, and lot code verification Complete production and quality documentation Inspect materials, products, and containers throughout the packaging process Help address quality issues and out-of-specification results Review manufacturing packets and ensure correct materials are available on the line Support production employees and help keep workflow moving Complete safety, 5S, and shift handoff documentation Follow GMP, OSHA, safety, and housekeeping standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area What We're Looking For Previous manufacturing or production experience Strong attention to detail Basic math and troubleshooting skills Ability to read, write, and speak English Good communication and teamwork skills Comfortable completing production documentation Packaging or production equipment experience is a plus Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Why Apply?
