This is a hands-on production role working with converting machinery, corrugated materials, machine setup, quality checks, troubleshooting, and daily production support. Candidates must have 3+ years of production machine operation experience in manufacturing, production, packaging, printing, converting, or a similar environment. Corrugated box experience is strongly preferred.

$20-$28/hr DOE Responsibilities Set up, operate, monitor, and adjust production machinery. Run converting equipment in a corrugated box manufacturing environment. Stage materials and prepare machines for production runs. Perform quality checks on corrugated board and finished products. Inspect dies, plates, tooling, and machine components before use. Troubleshoot machine, production, or quality issues. Assist with changeovers, clean-up, and basic preventative maintenance. Read and follow work orders, measurements, and production instructions. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Work with the team to meet daily production goals. Qualifications 3+ years of production machine operation experience required. Manufacturing, production, packaging, printing, converting, or similar machine operation experience required. Corrugated box industry experience strongly preferred. Experience with Flexo-Folder-Gluers, Rotary Die-Cutters, folder/gluer machines, die cutters, or finishing machines is a plus. Ability to set up, run, monitor, adjust, and troubleshoot machinery. Basic math and measuring skills required. Ability to read work orders, instructions, and specifications. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and safety awareness. High School Diploma or GED required. Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
