This is a hands-on production role operating manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality metal components in a fast-paced environment. 2nd

Shift:

2:00 PM

Friday Pay:

$21.50/hr 3rd

Shift:

10:00 PM

•6:30 AM | Sunday

Thursday Pay:

$22/hr Responsibilities Operate production machinery to manufacture parts according to quality standards Load raw materials and prepare machines for production Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments as needed Perform quality inspections using measuring tools and gauges Complete production and quality documentation accurately Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Report equipment, safety, or quality issues to supervisors Follow all company safety procedures and work instructions Support continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications 1+ year of machine operating or manufacturing experience required Experience working in a production or industrial manufacturing environment Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new equipment Experience performing quality inspections and basic measurements Ability to read and follow work instructions High School Diploma or GED required Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed Interested in learning more?
