  • we produce 100-10,000 units per batch using manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic equipment.
(We are not Coca-Cola lol). We work with 20+ fast-growing exciting brands whose products range from skincare to tinctures, powders, gummies, and pet care.
What You'll Do:
Support daily production with a hands-on approach — formulating, mixing, batching, filling, capping and labeling, and executing various other production tasks such as running various equipment/production lines, and co-packing products Help guide and support the production team — understand priorities, assist with workflow, and help keep daily operations running smoothly Work across a variety of product categories: skincare, beauty, bath, powders, gummies, tinctures, and pet care Follow and help maintain SOPs and documentation in compliance with FDA, cGMP, and USDA Organic standards Assist with executing Master Manufacturing Records (MMRs) and Batch Production Records (BPRs) Help maintain quality control standards, timelines, quotas and attention to detail across production runs Stay flexible — occasional overtime or weekend work may be needed
What You Bring/Qualifications:
2-5+ years of experience in manufacturing and formulating (cosmetics, supplements, or food
REQUIRED
) and cGMP, SOPs, and production documentation Hands-on, proactive mindset — you jump in and get things done Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility over time Strong communication skills and ability to support and collaborate with a team Mindset & Attitude This role requires someone who brings the right mentality from day one.
