Full-Time About Milagro Foods Based in Parker, Colorado, Milagro Foods at Frangiosa Farm is a GMP-certified honey packing and co-packaging facility. We specialize in precision-packaged raw, infused, and specialty honey products across multiple formats, including sachets, packets, and jars. We pride ourselves on product excellence, strict food safety, and maintaining an exceptionally clean, audit-ready work environment. The Role We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Food Production Assistant to support our daily honey manufacturing and packaging operations. In this role, you will be responsible for measuring and batching ingredients according to exact recipes, monitoring packaging lines to keep products within specification, and taking active ownership of maintaining a clean, sanitized facility .
Lead by example in keeping the production floor, workstations, and equipment spotless. Perform daily setup, teardown, deep cleaning, and sanitation of mixing vats, piping, and packaging machinery under Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) .
Recipe Batching & Mixing:
Accurately measure, weigh, and blend raw honey and ingredients according to set recipes and formulation sheets.
Line Monitoring & Adjustments:
Keep a close eye on production and packaging equipment (sachet and jarring lines) to ensure fill weights, seals, and specs remain exact throughout the run.
Quality Control:
Perform visual quality checks on finished goods to ensure consistency, correct labeling, and zero defect rates.
Material Handling:
Safely move raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished products throughout the facility.
High personal standard for cleanliness and organization. You understand that in food production, a clean facility is essential to safety and product quality.
Experience:
Prior experience in food production, commercial kitchen prep, or manufacturing is preferred, but strong attention to detail is essential.
Precision & Detail:
Exceptional ability to read formulas, measure ingredients accurately, and follow step-by-step Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Physical Ability:
Must be able to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks with care, and regularly lift up to 65 lbs (e.g., maneuvering 5-gallon buckets of honey).
Flexibility:
Willingness to work Monday through Friday, with availability for occasional Saturday shifts and overtime based on production demand.
Location:
Reliable commute to our facility in Parker, CO . English is a must.
