•24/hr DOE Duties Operate a range of manufacturing equipment including CNC machines, CNC lathes, CNC milling machines, etc (we can teach you CNC if you have prior production operating experience) Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and manufacturing documents to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly. Perform mechanical blueprint interpretation and shop math calculations to set up and adjust machinery for optimal performance. Conduct dimensional measurements using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to verify product specifications. Troubleshoot industrial equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain production flow. Follow safety standards in production environments, ensuring proper use of hand tools, tooling, and packaging materials. Collaborate with team members on assembly line tasks and utilize forklift operation skills for material handling when necessary.
