In this role, you will assist experienced welders in preparing materials, setting up equipment, and ensuring safety protocols are followed on construction and fabrication sites. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in metal fabrication, welding techniques, and construction site operations while contributing to high-quality projects. Your energetic approach and eagerness to learn will help drive our team toward success. We are seeking a Welder Helper to join our Welding Team in Wheat Ridge, CO!
Pay:
$24-$26+/hr DOE First shift, Mon- Thurs, 4 x 10sESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Bevel, taper bore & sand blast pipe pups
- Support and perform hydro testing of manufactured joints
- Assist with material handling functions (to include crating) using forklift, overhead crane and pallet jacks
- Epoxy filling and serial number engraving
- Order materials and consumables for team
- Assist with product testing, including hydro, pneumatic testing, and electrical testing
- Assist with other product lines as time permits and business levels change
- Adhere to all company and OSHA standards
- Maintain a safe and clean workspace.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- General Manufacturing Experience - Preferably running machinery
- Good attendance and punctuality
- Must be able to work unsupervised and ahead of the manufacturing team
