Printed Circuit Board Assembler Technical Manufacturing Corporation - 3.7 Durham, CT Job Details Part-time | Full-time $23 - $35 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Paid training Health insurance Paid time off On-the-job training Life insurance Paid sick time Full Job Description Technical Manufacturing Corporation is a Durham, Connecticut-based defense contractor that has been providing advanced high reliability circuit card and printed circuit board assemblies where operation and continued performance is critical to our aerospace & defense customers nationwide since 1985. We are currently seeking full-time assembly personnel to help support our growing printed circuit board and circuit card assembly operations in support of the defense industrial base. The following qualifications are preferred (but not required as we will provide training):
- Solid work history with minimum three years of continuous experience;
- Experience with working on CLASS 3 and SPACE addendum programs;
- Industry certification including CIS training in
J-STD-001
specifications;- Industry certification or related experience with
IPC-7711/7721
(rework & repair);- Familiarity in working in an ISO9001, AS9100 or Nadcap based production environment;
- Excellent hand soldering skills for small form factor
SMT & PTH
parts; and- Positive professional attitude, appearance and demeanor.
