Job Description
Technical Manufacturing Corporation is a Durham, Connecticut-based aerospace and defense contractor that has been providing advanced high reliability CLASS 3 and space addendum printed circuit board assemblies where operation and continued performance is critical to our aerospace & defense customers nationwide since 1985. We are currently seeking full-time assembly and soldering personnel to help support our growing printed circuit board and circuit card assembly operations in support of the defense industrial base. The preferred candidate will have the following:
- Solid work history with minimum three years of continuous experience;
- Experience with working on CLASS 3 and SPACE addendum programs;
- Industry certification including CIS training in IPC J-STD-001 or
IPC-A-610
standards;- Industry certification or related experience with
IPC-7711/7721
(rework & repair);- Familiarity in working in an ISO9001, AS9100 or Nadcap based production environment;
- Excellent hand soldering skills for small form factor
SMT & PTH
parts; and- Positive professional attitude, appearance and demeanor.
