Production Associate CoWorx Staffing - 3.4 Farmington, CT Job Details $20 - $24 an hour 3 hours ago Qualifications Computer operation Shop math High school diploma or GED Technical Proficiency Full Job Description CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Production Associate candidates in the Farmington, CT area. This role is responsible for owning the manufacturing process from start to finish within the Value Stream, ensuring products are produced safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality and performance standards. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who can operate production equipment, perform critical inspections and testing, maintain accurate documentation, and proactively identify opportunities to improve quality, productivity, and process performance.
Responsibilities:
Operate various equipment within the Value Stream in accordance with training manuals, standard shop practices, Quality Management System (QMS) standards, standard work instructions, and product detail sheets. Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections, including bubble point testing, leak testing, flow testing, and other quality verification procedures to ensure products meet specifications. Accurately and timely complete all required job transactions, including AX entries, labor reporting, computer transactions, routings, and in-process documentation records.
Desired Background/Skills:
Required Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required. [liThree to twelve months of experience, or equivalent previous work experience, in a manufacturing environment preferred. Previous experience using a micrometer is helpful.
Technical Knowledge/Skills:
Ability to use inspection gauges, including micrometers and vernier measuring instruments. Basic computer skills required. Basic math skills required.
