00/hr + 15% shift differential Overtime is required and available regularly. Candidates must be willing to work overtime before or after their scheduled shift and on Saturdays as needed. A leading manufacturer of precision components used in advanced industrial applications is seeking Production Utility employees. Depending on experience and company needs, employees may work as a Machine Operator, Press Technician, or Set-Up Press Technician. Job Duties Operate and assist with manufacturing machinery and production equipment Perform machine setup and production tasks Inspect parts and products for quality Load and unload materials and components Follow production instructions and safety procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Work effectively as part of a production team Cross-train in multiple production areas as needed Requirements At least 6 months-1 year of manufacturing experience required Experience working around machinery preferred Metal, aerospace, automotive, or similar manufacturing experience is a plus Must be willing to work overtime and Saturdays as needed Excellent attendance and reliability are required Must have steel-toe or composite-toe shoes or boots Must be comfortable working in a clean-room environment Must be able to follow strict Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Clean-Room Environment This position requires working in a controlled clean-room environment. Employees will wear jumpsuits, hairnets, and beard nets when applicable and must follow strict cleanliness procedures. No jewelry, nail polish, fake nails, or fake eyelashes are permitted in the production area.
