Design Production Specialist (Waterfront Design & Permitting) Revit-Based Waterfront Design | $30-$34/hour | 24-32 Hours/Week Shore Design is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Design Production Specialist to prepare clear, accurate Revit drawings for waterfront design and permitting projects. This is a hands-on production role for someone who enjoys turning survey information, sketches, markups, and design direction into organized, professional drawing sets.

Have strong Revit drafting and modeling skills Produce accurate, well-organized drawings Notice inconsistencies and ask clear questions Learn standards quickly and apply feedback Manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines Take pride in the quality and presentation of your work What You'll Be Doing Prepare existing conditions, design, permitting, and construction drawings Develop Revit models and drawing sets from surveys, sketches, and markups Coordinate plans, elevations, sections, details, notes, and dimensions Revise drawings based on internal review and project changes Maintain Shore Design's drafting, documentation, and file standards Support waterfront projects involving docks, seawalls, bulkheads, coastal structures, and related improvements This is not a fit if you: Do not have Revit experience Require detailed direction for every task Regularly miss small drawing inconsistencies Resist standards, corrections, or feedback Prefer conceptual design over technical production Struggle to stay focused and organized Experience That May Be Helpful Professional Revit experience Architectural, engineering, construction, or drafting education Experience preparing permit or construction documents Familiarity with site plans, surveys, grading, structures, or waterfront projects Waterfront experience is not required. We can teach the project type. Strong Revit skills, accuracy, reliability, and willingness to learn are more important.
