New Start Pay:

$25.00/hour $26.00/hour at 90 days $26.75/hour at 1 year Responsible for all aspects of producing Aluminum Polymer Coated Magnet Wire safely and efficiently including staging, set up, testing, packaging, documentation and the integrity of the equipment and infrastructure used in the process.

Main Responsibilities:

Produce Aluminum Polymer Coated Magnet WireFollow All Safety and ISO ProceduresEnsure Products Meet Required StandardsMaintain Clean, Organized Work AreasComply with PPE and Safety Requirements Ability to train and support new employees by sharing job knowledge, demonstrating correct procedures, and reinforcing safety and quality standards until they achieve full qualification.

Follow production orders and other production documents Perform routine preventative machine maintenance Select and stage proper supplies and feed stock Continuously monitor production Maintain optimal efficiency and productivity Perform start-up and periodic quality testing Maintain safe machine operation Maintain production records Safely load and unload raw materials Maintain high level of maintenance We are an

Schedule:

Monday through Friday 2nd Shift (3:30 pm to 11:30 pm)8-Hour ShiftOvertimeWeekends as needed

Position Specifications Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required. At least 2 years of recent manufacturing experience. At least 2 years of recent Machine Operator experience. Knowledge of safety, distribution, and manufacturing best practices.

High level of mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with basic hand tools and measuring devices, verified through work history and references.

Preferred Qualifications:

Preference for candidates demonstrating recent, consistent work history.

Preference for candidates with a strong work ethic, reliability, and a demonstrated commitment to professional growth in a manufacturing setting.

Forklift certification is preferred.

Work Environment:

Work performed in a plant manufacturing environment. Slippery floors due to steel plates. Incumbent will occasionally be exposed to Cold Temperatures <65 degrees and Heat >80 degrees. The environment is well lit; the noise level is often minimal but incumbent may be exposed to higher than 85 decibels
