Job Description

Join a well-established precision cable and wire manufacturing company as a manufacturing associate / Multi Cell Operator! This entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing — you'll cross-train on multiple machines including braiders and tape equipment, with the goal of eventually performing all duties across the jacket cell area. This is an
OVERNIGHT
shift, Monday through Friday, 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM. No experience necessary.
Responsibilities:
Learn to operate 16 and 24 carrier Wardwell braiders Learn to operate small and large tape machines Move between different machines/equipment based on daily production needs Accurately record production, scrap, and labor entries in the ERP system Set up and run equipment according to established standards Restock and organize materials in the warehouse area Maintain a clean, organized work area following 5S standards Follow all safety protocols and report unsafe conditions immediately
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing or production environment Willing to learn and cross-train on multiple pieces of equipment Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team Must be able to work
OVERNIGHT
shift, Monday through Friday, 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM. Extremely detail-oriented with good time management skills Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods Powered pallet jack certification a plus (not required)
INDFM Pay:
$19.00 per hour
