Warehousing & distribution
Production operator
Perform assembly of products according to work instructions and quality standards.
Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the facility.
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment when certified.
Pick, pack, stage, and prepare orders for shipment.
Receive incoming materials and verify shipments for accuracy.
Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse or ERP systems.
Perform quality inspections using measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and micrometers when required.
Read production documents, work orders, and blueprints when applicable.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
Assist with shipping, receiving, packaging, and warehouse support as needed.
Lift and move materials up to 50 pounds, using mechanical assistance for heavier loads.
Follow company safety procedures, quality standards, and production schedules.
Cross-train in multiple departments to support changing production needs. experience 1-4 years skills Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, or assembly experience.
Forklift experience or certification.
Machine operator experience.
Shipping and receiving experience.
Material handling experience.
Experience using ERP or inventory management systems.
Experience using tape measures, calipers, or micrometers.
Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings.
Experience in packaging, inspection, or quality control.
Restaurant, commercial kitchen, cook, or dishwasher experience is a plus for select positions. qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred.
