Milford, CT Pay:
$18.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00
PM Job Type:
Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a Press Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate press machines to produce quality parts while following safety and production procedures. What You'll Do Operate press machines according to production instructions. Set up and monitor machines during production. Check finished parts to make sure they meet quality standards. Make basic machine adjustments when needed. Keep machines and your work area clean and organized. Perform basic machine maintenance. Identify and report machine or production problems. Read and follow work instructions and production paperwork. Keep accurate production records. Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE. Work with supervisors and team members to meet production goals. What We're Looking For Previous press or machine operating experience is preferred. Manufacturing experience is a plus. Ability to follow written instructions. Good attention to detail. Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills. Reliable and dependable. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks. Willingness to work overtime when needed. High school diploma or GED preferred. No press experience?
