As a Manufacturing Technician II, you will support Zeta Plus & IPC production by operating equipment, following standard work, and helping ensure products meet safety, quality, and compliance requirements. What You Will Do Operate production equipment according to SOPs, work instructions, and safety guidelines. Perform basic equipment setup, changeovers, routine checks, and preventative maintenance tasks. Conduct first-piece and in-process inspections to support product quality. Complete production and quality documentation accurately to maintain traceability and

compliance. Identify, report, and escalate issues that may impact safety, quality, compliance, or delivery. Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready work area using 5S practices. Follow all EHS policies, PPE requirements, gowning protocols, and cleanroom standards. Support troubleshooting, cross-training, and Practical Process Improvement initiatives. How You Will Get Here Education High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience Required:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in manufacturing, operations, production, laboratory, or a related field. Basic math skills, including formulas, decimals, and fractions. Ability to follow procedures and work safely in a fast-paced environment. Compensation and Benefits The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Connecticut is $20.00-$23.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
