The ideal Machine Operator candidate will have: Previous machine operation, manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience Ability to read and follow work instructions, production schedules, and safety guidelines. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify quality concerns or equipment issues. Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machine setup and troubleshooting processes. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced production environment. Reliable attendance, punctuality, and commitment to meeting production expectations.
