Apply for tomorrow's opportunity today, with Volt Volt is immediately hiring for Machine Operator in Stafford Spring, CT Weekly Pay Global Organization Your Safety is our #1 Concern PPE Provided As a Machine Operator you will: Operate, monitor, and adjust machinery to support daily production goals. Set up equipment, load materials, and verify proper machine settings before and during production runs. Inspect finished products and parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Identify machine issues, perform basic troubleshooting, and report maintenance needs to the appropriate team member. Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and company policies while operating equipment. Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of safety hazards. This is a Full Time
•Temp to Perm opportunity. The ideal Machine Operator candidate will have: Previous machine operation, manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience Ability to read and follow work instructions, production schedules, and safety guidelines. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify quality concerns or equipment issues. Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machine setup and troubleshooting processes. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced production environment. Reliable attendance, punctuality, and commitment to meeting production expectations. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team. High school diploma or GED Background and Drug Test is Required Shift Schedule

Pay Rate:
$23
•$24.50 per hour
