) What You'll Do Support day-to-day production operations Assemble, inspect, and package products Operate machinery safely and efficiently Load materials and ensure quality standards are met Track production and report any issues Work closely with your team to meet safety and output goals What We're Looking For Manufacturing or production experience is a plus—but not required Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout your shift Basic math and communication skills Reliable, detail-oriented, and a strong team player At MAXAM we work to offer our clients throughout the world a wide range of products and full technical support to respond to their most specific needs.
