Maintenance Technicians (3rd Shift) | 4-Day Work Week! Growing Facility - New Opportunities! Due to rapid company growth, we are expanding our maintenance team! We are seeking high-level Maintenance Technicians/Mechanics to join us on our night crews in Sterling. If you are a troubleshooting expert with a deep background in PLCs and Industrial Electricity , this is your chance to join a thriving manufacturing assembly facility featuring both automated and manual production lines.

Modern Equipment:
Work on a mix of 2 high-speed automated lines and 3 manual assembly lines.
Shift Availability:
We are currently hiring for the following 10-hour shifts: 3rd Shift (Night): 5:30 PM - 4:00
AM Note:
Flexibility for rotating shifts or occasional overtime is required to meet facility needs. Training will be done on 1st shift.
Key Responsibilities:
High-Tech Troubleshooting:
Repair and maintain automated processes, focusing on PLC programming, configuration, and electrical control diagrams.
Preventative Maintenance:
Execute routine PMs and corrective maintenance to maximize uptime and efficiency.
Facility Ownership:
Ensure all facility assets and grounds (including seasonal needs like snow removal) meet high safety and operational standards.
Continuous Improvement:
Partner with production to improve machine performance, safety, and quality standards.
Safety First:
Adhere to all OH&S and Q&E standards to maintain a clean and orderly environment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience:
5-10 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting .
Technical Mastery:
Advanced knowledge of industrial electricity and hands-on experience programming PLCs.
Adaptability:
Ability to learn new automated processes and work effectively in a team environment.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active on the floor.
License:
Valid Driver's License is required.
Education:
Technical certifications or degrees are highly preferred.
