Non-Solvent Processing Technician Stratford, CT | Full-Time | Manufacturing Be Part of the Future of Solventless Cannabis Shangri-La is seeking motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Non-Solvent Processing Technicians to join our Manufacturing team in Stratford, Connecticut. This is an exciting opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment in a rapidly growing cannabis company dedicated to producing premium solventless concentrates. As a Non-Solvent Processing Technician, you'll play an essential role in every stage of the solventless extraction process, from washing fresh frozen cannabis to producing high-quality rosin products ready for packaging. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, thrive in a fast-paced production environment, and take pride in precision, cleanliness, and quality. What You'll Do As a member of our Manufacturing team, your responsibilities will include: Operate automated washing equipment used to produce solventless cannabis extracts. Prepare and process fresh frozen cannabis material according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Clean, sanitize, and maintain all processing equipment, tools, and work areas. Dry, press, and perform post-processing of premium rosin products. Package finished products in compliance with company quality standards and state regulations. Accurately complete production records, batch documentation, and inventory tracking. Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure consistency and quality. Follow all company safety procedures, GMP standards, and cannabis compliance regulations. Maintain an organized, clean, and sanitary production environment. Assist with general facility cleaning and other manufacturing projects as assigned. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is reliable, adaptable, and enjoys working in a team-oriented manufacturing environment. Preferred Qualifications Manufacturing, production, food processing, or laboratory experience preferred. Cannabis industry experience is a plus but not required. Ability to follow detailed instructions and standardized procedures. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn new processes. Physical Requirements This is an active, hands-on manufacturing position requiring: Standing and walking for up to 8-hour shifts. Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds. Repetitive use of hands, wrists, and arms. Ability to bend, reach, squat, and perform repetitive production tasks. Ability to work in varying temperatures depending on the production process.
