Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain digital printing equipment for aluminum cans Perform quality checks to ensure color accuracy, template alignment, and print consistency Troubleshoot printing machinery and production line issues Collaborate with the design and operations teams to meet client requirements Follow all safety, maintenance, and quality assurance standards Support continuous improvement in manufacturing and packaging processes
Qualifications:
Previous experience in manufacturing, printing, packaging, or production environments preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to follow design templates and print specifications Mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot printing presses and production machinery Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight production deadlines Why Work at Canworks? Understand:
We are a startup, this will be fast-paced hard work but very rewarding Warehouse where the printer is located may be hot/cold and noisy This role will require heavy lifting up to 75lbs Previous brewing, canning, and/or printing experience is a plus, but not required Canworks is a startup. We have aspirations to bring these services to other locations across the U.S. There may be opportunities for both personal and professional growth in this position.
