Windsor, CT Pay Rate:

$17.83 - $24.00 per hour

Schedule:

Multiple Shifts 1st

Shift:

6:00 AM-2:30 PM, Monday-Friday

1st

Shift Weekend:

6:00 AM-4:30 PM, Thursday-Sunday

2nd

Shift:

2:00 PM-10:30 PM, Monday-Friday

3rd

Shift:

Job Duties Operate production, printing, inserting, and bindery equipment to support daily manufacturing operations.

Feed, monitor, and adjust materials throughout the production process.

Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet customer and company standards.

Sort, prepare, process, and package materials for shipment or distribution.

Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report maintenance concerns as needed.

Complete production records, system entries, and required documentation accurately.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Follow all safety, quality, and confidentiality procedures while meeting production goals and deadlines. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred.

Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial. Experience Requirements Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, printing, machine operation, or quality inspection preferred.

Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining accuracy and productivity.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Mechanical aptitude and experience operating production equipment are beneficial.

Reliable attendance, teamwork, and a safety-first mindset required. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

Lift and move materials weighing up to 35 pounds.

Safely work around machinery and production equipment.
